How to Create and Publish a Quiz Game Online

Create the question set first, review its answers and explanations, then choose and preview the game before publishing. Set a participant limit appropriate to the intended class. Treat publication as the point at which the student version is ready to use.

Publication needs a final review

A wrong answer or unclear prompt can affect every attempt. If the game fixes questions after publishing, reviewing only the draft text is insufficient: you should also experience the selected game and its response process before students begin.

Move from draft to published game

  1. Write or generate objective questions with their correct answers, explanations and weights.

  2. Check ambiguous options, accepted spellings and any missing source information.

  3. Choose the game and use the teacher demo to inspect the actual experience.

  4. Set participation capacity, publish the quiz and share the link with its topic and student joining instructions.

Put it into practice

A practical final check

Try one multiple-choice item and any short-answer format you used. Confirm that the accepted answer is appropriate and the explanation supports the learning. If the question depends on a missing image or an earlier worksheet, fix the prompt before publishing.

Before you share

  • Do not test the student link by creating unnecessary participant attempts when a teacher demo is available.
  • Clearly label a replacement version if questions need changing after publication.

How EduVetta helps

EduVetta supports this draft, demo and publish workflow. AI generation uses the shared AI allowance; manual writing and teacher demos do not use generation credits. Student starts consume participant slots, including unfinished attempts, and published question or game changes require a copy.
