How to Send Notes After Class
Use a small closing routine: check the notes, give them a recognisable name and send one message with the revision task. Doing these steps while the lesson is fresh helps preserve the explanation that a bare photograph or file cannot convey.
The work grows when sharing is delayed
If notes wait until several lessons have passed, it becomes harder to remember which exercise was completed and which explanation needs a correction. Sending several unnamed files also leaves students guessing which attachment belongs to their class.
A practical after-class routine
Before clearing the board, check that the final worked solution is visible and any cancelled working is clearly marked.
Name the material with the subject, date and lesson focus rather than a camera-generated filename.
Add a short message identifying the essential revision and distinguishing it from optional practice.
Send it to the agreed class channel and open the attachment yourself to check its order and legibility.
Put it into practice
A message you can adapt
“Class 8 Science — Pressure, 12 August. Today's notes include the force/area example on page 2. Read that example before attempting questions 3 and 4. The last page is extension practice.” The message tells students how to use the attachment without repeating the whole lesson.
Before you share
- Do not send an unreviewed draft just to send something quickly.
- Use the same naming pattern each week so a student can recover an older lesson through search.
How EduVetta helps
With EduVetta, board notes can be saved as a PDF and lectures remain organised by batch. Add a spoken recap if you want structured notes, review the saved summary, then send the lecture to the batch's connected Telegram channel.
