How Students Can View Total Paid, Outstanding, and Overdue Tuition Fees

Calculating how much has already been paid versus what remains due across multiple classes requires messy manual bookkeeping.

Mental math across multiple subjects creates financial confusion

When a student attends multiple separate coaching batches, parents often lose track of total paid fees versus remaining semester liabilities.

Review headline financial metrics at the top of your Fees overview

  1. Open Fees from your student dashboard navigation bar.

  2. Read the three primary summary cards: Outstanding, Overdue, and Paid So Far.

  3. Identify whether any past instalment has slipped past its deadline into overdue status.

  4. Click on any individual fee group card to see its specific contribution to the totals.

Put it into practice

Example: Reviewing annual coaching expenditure

A family reviews the student's Fees dashboard, seeing at a glance that 60,000 has been paid with 20,000 outstanding across two batches.

Worth checking first

  • The Overdue card flags payments that have passed their deadline without recorded receipt.
  • Totals automatically adjust the moment a teacher or school logs a new payment.
