Live Digital Board for institutions

Every live board class, on the record.

Your teachers teach on a digital board and go live for a batch: students join from a link, a code or their own dashboard and follow the board and the teacher’s camera in real time. Each lesson is saved as a board lecture for its batch, with the register the teacher marked, and you read it in your Lectures list.

Why it helps

Online and in-room teaching stop being invisible to the office, since each board lecture shows up with its teacher, batch and attendance.

01

Live for the right students

The teacher chooses who may join: students of the batch, verified student accounts or anyone with the link. Students raise a hand and chat privately with the teacher, and they speak or show their camera only when the teacher allows it, seen and heard by the teacher alone.

02

A register in one press

While a class is live, joins and time attended are recorded, and one press marks everyone who joined present on the batch register. For a lesson in the room, the teacher taps each student or calls the roll aloud.

03

Notes and a recording

Saving keeps the board as a PDF, and the teacher can record the lesson with a camera, a logo and a ticker. Both stay downloadable for 24 hours, and the summary can be posted to the batch’s Telegram and WhatsApp channels.

04

All lectures, one list

Board lectures sit in the same Lectures list as earlier video lectures, labelled by kind. Narrow it to a batch or a teacher to see how much teaching a class has received, and export a lecture’s attendance when someone asks for it.

From first step to follow-through

Think it through, together.

  1. 1

    Link teachers to batches

Make each teacher the lead or a co-teacher of the batches they teach, so their board lectures are recorded against the right class.

  2. 2

    Let teachers teach live

The teacher opens the board for the batch, goes live and shares the link or code. When students have joined, one press marks them on the register.

  3. 3

    Check the attendance

On the lecture’s page, see who was marked present or absent and the attendance rate. Export it for your files.

What heads usually ask.

What happened to video lectures?

Live classes now run on the digital board, with students joining from a link, a code or their dashboard. Video lectures held earlier stay in your Lectures list with their attendance.

Is attendance taken automatically?

The live class records who joined and for how long, and the teacher marks everyone who joined present with one press. The lecture page you read shows that register: present or absent for each student, and the attendance rate.

Can students see or hear each other in a live class?

No. Students see the board and the teacher’s camera and hear the teacher. A student’s microphone or camera reaches only the teacher, and only when the teacher allows it.

Are recordings and board notes kept permanently?

Recordings and board PDFs stay downloadable for 24 hours after the teacher saves the lecture. The lecture record and its attendance remain in your institution.
