Why it helps

You can talk to a teacher before you commit to their class, and the conversation stays where you can find it.

01

Search by what matters

Filter by subject, class or level, language, city or PIN code, online or in person, years of experience and fee. Results come twenty a page with page numbers, and the search stays in the address bar, so Back returns to it and a page can be shared.

02

Profiles that tell you enough

Each profile shows what the teacher teaches, for which classes and in which languages, their experience, fees where given, and the sections they chose to add. Phone numbers and email appear only when the teacher and EduVetta allow them.

03

Two ways to write

Send an inquiry fills in a short form the teacher sees in their dashboard. Chat with teacher opens a conversation in your own dashboard, signing you in or creating your account on the way, and the teacher answers from theirs.

04

One place for your inquiry chats

Inquiry chat, under Find a teacher in your dashboard, holds every conversation you started from a profile, with text, photos, documents and voice notes. Once you join that teacher's batch, the same conversation carries on in Learning Chat.

From first step to follow-through

Three steps to get going.

  1. 1

    Search

Open Find a teacher on eduvetta.com or in your dashboard, type a subject or a name, and narrow the results with the filters.

  2. 2

    Open a profile

Read what the teacher teaches, when, for whom and at what fee, and look at the sections they added about their experience and their classes.

  3. 3

    Write

Send an inquiry with your question, or choose Chat with teacher and keep the conversation in Inquiry chat until you are ready to join.

Worth knowing before you start.

Do I need an account to find a teacher?

No. The directory and the profiles on eduvetta.com are open to everyone, and so is the inquiry form. Chat with teacher needs a student account, which you can create on the way.

Will the teacher see my phone number?

The inquiry form sends what you type in it. An inquiry chat shows the teacher your name and your account's email, as Learning Chat does.

Why can't I see a teacher's phone number?

Teachers' contact details appear on EduVetta profile pages only when EduVetta and the teacher allow them. Send an inquiry and Chat with teacher are always there, and a teacher's own website may carry more.

Does EduVetta arrange or charge for the classes?

No. You arrange classes, timings and fees with the teacher directly. EduVetta is the platform their classes, notes and tests run on once you join a batch.
