Website & Profile for teachers

Your own website, and a profile students can find.

The Marketing Kit gives you a website at your-name.eduvetta.com or on a domain you already own, drafted from what your profile says and edited page by page. The same kit publishes your profile in Find a teacher on EduVetta and turns every enquiry, from your website or from EduVetta, into a lead you can follow up.

Why it helps

Students who search for a teacher find you, and nobody who asks about your classes is forgotten.

01

A website that starts filled in

Your site is drafted from your profile: name, subjects, experience, the ways to reach you. Pick a theme and fonts, set the header and footer, and build up to twelve pages from sections for your story, subjects, courses, a demo video, reviews, materials, offers, results, questions, a gallery and your location. Preview it, then publish when it reads right.

02

Your address, your domain

Every teacher's site lives at a subdomain of eduvetta.com that you choose. Change it later and the old address forwards visitors for ninety days. Connect a domain you already own, follow the DNS records shown and the site is served there with its certificate, while the subdomain sends visitors on.

03

A profile in Find a teacher

Your public profile at eduvetta.com/teachers/your-name stays in step with Profile settings for your name and picture, carries the sections you add, and is listed in the Find a teacher directory by subject, class, language, city and PIN code. Visitors reach you through Send an inquiry and Chat with teacher. Your phone, email and website link appear on EduVetta only when EduVetta allows it; your own website can always point to your profile.

04

Every enquiry becomes a lead

Enquiry, demo, callback and prospectus forms on your website land in Leads with a status, follow-up dates, notes and an export. Inquiries sent from your EduVetta profile are kept apart under Inquiries from EduVetta, and chats students start there under Chats from EduVetta. A new lead can also be announced on your own WhatsApp.

05

Numbers, QR codes and sharing

See visits and leads day by day for the last thirty days, download QR codes for the website and the profile, and copy a share kit for your chats and channels. Add your Google Analytics or Meta Pixel id, switch on a Translate button and attach files such as a prospectus or a syllabus within your site's storage cap.

From first step to follow-through

Three steps from idea to class.

  1. 1

    Open the Marketing Kit

Choose Website editor in your dashboard. The site waiting there is drafted from your profile; change the words, the pages and the look, and preview it as visitors will see it.

  2. 2

    Publish

Publishing checks that the site has a name, a subject and a way to reach you, then puts it live at your subdomain. Connect your own domain from the same page if you have one.

  3. 3

    Follow up

Watch Leads, Inquiries from EduVetta and Chats from EduVetta, set a status and a follow-up date on each, and answer the chats from your dashboard.

Good to know before you start.

Do I need to know how to build websites?

No. The site is drafted from your profile, and everything is edited in forms with a live preview: words, pages, sections, colours and fonts. Publishing is one button.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. Add the domain in the editor, set the DNS records it shows you at your registrar, and the site is served on your domain once the records are found. Your eduvetta.com subdomain then forwards visitors to it.

What happens if I change my subdomain?

The old address forwards to the new one for ninety days, so links you have already shared keep working. Each address can belong to one site, teacher or institution.

Will my phone number be on EduVetta?

Only when EduVetta has switched contact details on for profile pages, and you have chosen to show them. Otherwise the profile carries Send an inquiry and Chat with teacher, and your own website keeps your contact details.

Where do messages from my EduVetta profile go?

An inquiry form becomes a lead under Inquiries from EduVetta, apart from your website's leads. A chat opens in Chats from EduVetta, where you answer from your dashboard; the student writes from theirs.

Does the website need my site to be published to list me in Find a teacher?

Yes. Your profile appears in the directory while your website is published and listed. Unlist it at any time and the profile page stays reachable by its link only.
