Website & Admissions for institutions

Your institution's website, with admissions built in.

Publish a website for your institution at your-school.eduvetta.com or on your own domain, with pages for academics, admissions, departments and faculty, fees and more. Admission forms and online applications with documents land in a pipeline the office follows, and the admissions WhatsApp number and Telegram account answer enquiries for you.

Why it helps

Parents find the institution, apply online, and the office sees every application in one list instead of a pile of forms.

01

A website from what you already told us

The site starts from your institution's profile. Build pages for academics, admissions, departments and faculty, fees, results, a gallery, questions and your location, choose the theme and fonts, preview and publish. The departments page draws on the departments your Team section already holds.

02

Your address, your domain

Pick a subdomain of eduvetta.com, change it later with the old address forwarding for ninety days, or connect a domain the institution already owns by setting the DNS records shown. Teachers' sites and institutions' sites share one namespace, so every address is unique.

03

Forms that become applications

Enquiry, application, visit, callback, prospectus and career forms sit on the pages you choose. An application can carry documents, kept privately for the office, and every form submission emails the heads who should know.

04

The admissions pipeline

Each lead moves through the stages your office uses: new, contacted, visit scheduled, applied, documents pending, offered, admitted, not joined or not eligible, with notes, follow-up dates and an export. Documents stay attached to the application.

05

The admissions number answers

Link the institution's own WhatsApp number by QR code and its Telegram account, apart from any teacher's phone, and let them answer enquiries with a guided menu, keyword replies or an AI assistant that works from your prospectus and fee sheet. Quiet hours and pauses keep the office in charge.

06

Numbers, files and sharing

Daily visits and leads for the last thirty days, QR codes and a share kit, files such as a prospectus or a syllabus within the site's storage cap, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel ids, and a Translate button for families who read in another language.

From first step to follow-through

Set it up in three steps.

  1. 1

    Open the Marketing Kit

A head with the Marketing permission opens Website editor in the institution dashboard, where the site drafted from the institution's profile is waiting.

  2. 2

    Publish

Edit the pages, add the admission forms where you want them, preview and publish to your subdomain. Connect the institution's domain from the same page.

  3. 3

    Follow the pipeline

Open Admissions leads as forms arrive, move each application through its stages, read the documents and let the admissions number answer the routine questions.

What heads usually ask.

Who in the institution can edit the website?

Heads who hold the Marketing permission. Other heads see what their own permissions allow, and the audit log records every change to the kit.

Where do applications and their documents go?

Into Admissions leads in the institution dashboard, each with its stage, notes and follow-up date. Documents attached to an application are kept privately for the office and are not published anywhere.

Does the admissions WhatsApp use a teacher's phone?

No. The institution links its own number by scanning a QR code, kept apart from any teacher's account, and replies go out from that number.

Can we use the domain we already have?

Yes. Add it in the editor, set the DNS records shown at your registrar, and the site is served on your domain once they are found. The eduvetta.com subdomain then forwards to it.

Is the kit part of our plan?

Availability follows your institution's plan and EduVetta's module settings; the Marketing Kit can be switched on or off for one institution. Ask us if you do not see it.
