Timetable for students

Your week of classes, already laid out.

Your institution publishes a weekly timetable for each of your batches, and it appears in your institution space. Every lesson shows its time, subject, teacher and venue, with breaks marked, so you can plan the week around fixed points.

Why it helps

Walking into the right room at the right time should not depend on a forwarded screenshot.

01

All seven days shown

Seven day columns list each lesson in time order, with today’s column highlighted. Breaks are shown as well, which makes it easy to see where homework or revision could fit.

02

Details on every lesson

Each slot names the subject, the teacher and the venue beside its start and end time. Your batch is shown on the slot too, so a printed copy still makes sense on its own.

03

Print or export it

Print the timetable for your desk or export it as a file to carry on your phone. Either way you are copying the version your institution published, not retyping it.

04

One timetable per batch

Each institution batch you belong to has its own weekly timetable. The time zone is stated above the week, along with any start and end dates, so there is no doubt about which term you are looking at.

From first step to follow-through

Three steps to get going.

  1. 1

    Switch to your institution

Choose your institution in the header of your dashboard, then select Timetable from the My classes section of the menu.

  2. 2

    Pick your batch

Search by batch name or subject if you have several, then select the batch whose weekly timetable you want to see.

  3. 3

    Build your week

Note the lessons and gaps in your week, then print or export the timetable so it is there when you need it.

Worth knowing before you start.

Who creates the timetable?

Your institution builds and publishes it for each batch. You see the published version in your institution space and cannot change it yourself.

Why is there no Timetable in my personal space?

Timetables belong to institution batches, so the page asks you to switch to your institution space. Classes with a personal teacher are not part of an institution’s schedule.

Does the timetable plan my own study time?

It shows institution classes only. Prepare, Practice Tests and Daily Five are separate personal tools that you fit around those lessons yourself.
