How School Heads Can Filter Tests by Subject Teacher or Cohort

Locating a specific teacher's unit test among hundreds of assessments across all grades in a large school is difficult without granular filters.

Unfiltered assessment libraries overwhelm academic supervisors

When an administrator wants to review a single teacher's testing output, scrolling through hundreds of unrelated subject tests wastes time.

Use multi-criteria filtering on the central institutional test library

  1. Open the Tests module under Content in your administration console.

  2. Select the 'Filter by Teacher' dropdown to isolate one educator's assessments.

  3. Select the 'Filter by Batch' dropdown to narrow results to a specific cohort.

  4. Sort by date, submission volume, or average score to find the exact test.

Put it into practice

Example: Isolating all Grade 10 math tests for term review

An admin selects 'Grade 10 Mathematics' and teacher 'Ms. Rao', instantly isolating all six unit tests published during the fall term.

Worth checking first

  • Search by test title or chapter keyword for instant document retrieval.
  • Filters persist as you navigate between test details and summary tables.
