How to Send Lecture Notes to a Telegram Batch
To send lecture notes through a batch workflow, check the saved lecture, confirm the batch's Telegram destination and notify students when the material is ready. Keeping saving and sending as separate steps gives you time to correct the summary or attachment.
Old and new lectures need the same delivery checks
A lecture saved before Telegram was connected may still be useful to students. Resending it without checking the batch or media availability can lead to missing attachments or confusing duplicate messages, so review the saved record first.
Review, connect and send
Open the saved lecture and check its title, summary and any available board PDF or recording.
Confirm that the intended batch is connected to the correct Telegram channel and that students have its invite link.
Notify the batch after reviewing the notes; add clear revision guidance to the lecture summary.
For an older lecture, check media availability before notifying again and tell students why it is being reshared.
