Totals by currency
Three figures head the page: total paid, the number of paid purchases and the date of the most recent payment. Totals are grouped by currency, so amounts in different currencies are never added together.
Study purchases for parents
Every study purchase, clearly accounted for.
When your child pays for a preparation pack or a practice test in the student app, the purchase appears on your parent dashboard. You see what was bought, how much it cost, whether the payment went through and its receipt number.

A question about a charge is settled quickly, without searching inboxes for a payment confirmation.
A line per purchase
Every purchase names the item and the study set it belongs to, with the amount, payment method and date. You can tell a preparation pack from a practice test without asking.
Payment status made plain
Each purchase carries a status such as paid, pending, failed or refunded. Pending and failed payments are still listed for reference, but they are left out of the total paid.
Receipt numbers to hand
Where a receipt has been issued, its number is shown beside the purchase. That gives you an exact reference if you ever need to query a payment later.

Choose the Payments section
On your child’s page, select Payments, the section that holds their study purchases. It becomes available as soon as the link is approved.

Check the totals
Read the total paid, the count of paid purchases and the latest payment date to get your bearings before looking at individual entries.

Trace a single purchase
Find the purchase in the history and read across for its item, amount, status, method and receipt number. If something looks unfamiliar, ask your child what it was for.

Which purchases are shown here?
The history lists the paid preparation packs and practice tests your child buys in the student app. Other kinds of spending, including Study Packs from teachers, are outside its scope.
Does this page show school or institution fees?
Institution fee structures, instalments and balances are not part of the parent dashboard. This page covers only your child’s own preparation pack and practice test purchases.
Does the history change when I switch learning spaces?
Purchases belong to your child’s account as a whole, so the history and totals stay the same whichever learning space is selected. The section says so at the top as a reminder.
