Student management for institutions

Know your students beyond a name on a list.

Enrol students by invitation or from a spreadsheet, then place them in the batches they attend. Each student’s record brings their roll number, batches, attendance and recent results onto a single page, so an answer about any student takes seconds to find.

Why it helps

When a parent or teacher asks about a student, you answer from the record instead of ringing round the staff room.

01

Enrolment at class scale

Paste email addresses to invite a whole class and choose the batches they join on acceptance. For bigger intakes, upload a CSV or Excel file with names, roll numbers and class names.

02

Find anyone quickly

Search the roster by name, email or roll number and narrow it to one batch. Every row shows the student’s batches, status and when they were last active in your institution.

03

Results beside attendance

A student’s page shows their average across tests, assignments and quiz games, with recent scores listed underneath. Attendance appears batch by batch, as lectures attended out of lectures held.

04

Personal study stays private

Students keep their own account, and what they practise in their personal space is hidden from teachers and heads. Removing a student from your institution leaves that account and its personal results untouched.

From first step to follow-through

Set it up in three steps.

  1. 1

    Enrol your students

Send invitations by email or import a spreadsheet. Students who request to join with your join code appear in a waiting list for you to approve or decline.

  2. 2

    Place them in batches

Add enrolled students to the batches they attend, from the batch page or while inviting them. One student can belong to several batches.

  3. 3

    Pull up the record

Click a student to see averages, recent results and attendance by batch. That page is what you bring to a parent meeting or a teacher check-in.

What heads usually ask.

Can heads see a student’s personal study or practice?

Personal study belongs to the student’s own account and is hidden from teachers and institution heads. Your records cover batches, attendance and results inside your institution only.

Who can see the custom details we add to students?

Student custom details, such as roll number or admission year, are visible to heads with access to Students and to teachers in your institution. They are never added to the student’s personal profile.

What happens when a student leaves the institution?

Removing a student takes them out of the institution and every institution batch. Their own account, personal batches and results stay with them.
