Scores at a glance
The test list shows every test’s teacher, batch, status, response count and average. Narrow it to one teacher, one batch, or only the tests that are live, in draft or closed.
Your teachers write and publish tests for their batches. For each one, you can see how many students responded, the average, highest and lowest scores, and which topics the class got wrong. Nothing has to be emailed to you.
The test list shows every test’s teacher, batch, status, response count and average. Narrow it to one teacher, one batch, or only the tests that are live, in draft or closed.
Once responses are graded, each test sorts its topics into those needing attention and those that are strong. You learn that a class struggled with fractions, not only that the average was low.
The results tab lists each student with marks, percentage and grading status, and flags answers that still need a teacher’s review. The sheet exports as CSV, Excel or PDF for a results meeting.
Heads can close a test to further responses, change its closing time or move it to the right batch without messaging anyone. Writing the questions remains the teacher’s job.
Go to Content, choose Tests and filter to the teacher or batch you care about. Click a test to see its detail.
Look at the responses, average, highest and lowest scores, then the question list with each question’s topic, type and marks.
Switch to the topics view to find what the class found hard, and raise it with the teacher while the unit is still running.

Heads with access to Content see every test set for an institution batch, whichever teacher wrote it. The list can be narrowed to a single teacher when you want to look at one person’s work.
Only tests set for your institution’s batches appear. Work a teacher does for their own personal batches stays in their personal space.
Question writing stays with teachers. Heads can adjust a test’s title, availability, closing time and batch, and can remove a test, which is restorable from the recycle bin for 15 days.
