Set a fee plan once for a class, course or term, and every student you add gets an instalment schedule from it. As payments come in, you or a teacher you appoint record them, and the collected, outstanding and overdue balances update for the whole group.

Collection stops living in one person’s notebook, because every payment, reminder and receipt is recorded against the student who owes it.
Add students in bulk
Pick students one by one, select several, or bring in everyone from an existing batch. They are added directly from your institution’s roster, with no invitation or approval step.
Delegate to teacher managers
Appoint one or more teachers to manage a fee group, at creation or later. They handle it from the Fees tab of their institution space, separate from any personal fee groups they run.
Reminders and receipts handled
Automatic email reminders can go out before the due date, on the day and while an instalment is overdue. Every payment you record produces a receipt carrying your institution’s details in a Modern, Classic or Minimal layout.

Create the fee group
Name the group, set the total fee and instalments, and add how students should pay, such as a UPI id, bank account or the front desk.

Add students and managers
Bring in students from your batches and appoint teacher managers if you want someone else to follow up collections.

Record each payment
When money arrives, record it against the instalment with its method and reference. A receipt is issued, balances update, and a mistaken entry can be voided.

What heads usually ask.
Can students pay their fees online through EduVetta?
EduVetta is not a payment gateway. Students see their schedule and your payment instructions, pay you directly, and you or a manager record the payment and issue the receipt.
Are a teacher’s personal fee groups mixed with institution fees?
They stay apart. Institution fee groups live in the institution space, and heads never see the fee groups a teacher runs for personal students.
What can students see about their fees?
Each student sees their own institution fee schedule, what is paid and outstanding, and their receipts, inside that institution’s space. Your payment instructions appear on the same page.
