Teacher management for institutions

Give every teacher a clear place in your institution.

Invite your teachers by email and they join your institution from their own app. From then on, each teacher has a profile showing the batches they teach, the work they have set and how their students are doing. Their personal teaching stays private to them.

Why it helps

Staff conversations start from what actually happened in class, not from whatever each teacher remembers to report.

01

Invitations that report back

Paste a list of email addresses and add a short note. Each address comes back with a status, so you can tell who was invited, who is already a member and which address was mistyped.

02

One profile per teacher

A teacher’s page counts the tests, assignments, quiz games and lectures they have run for your batches. Below that sits their scorecard, with the topics their students find strong and weak.

03

Lead and co-teacher roles

Every batch has a lead teacher, and you can add co-teachers beside them. The teacher’s profile lists each batch with their role, its student count and the number of lectures held.

04

Activity without intrusion

You see when a teacher was last active in your institution’s space, and nothing from their personal one. Removing a teacher ends their institution membership, while their own account and personal batches stay untouched.

From first step to follow-through

Set it up in three steps.

  1. 1

    Invite your teachers

Paste their email addresses and send. Teachers accept from their own app, and anyone who asks to join with your join code waits for your approval.

  2. 2

    Assign their batches

Set each teacher as lead or co-teacher when you create or edit a batch. The batch then appears in that teacher’s institution space.

  3. 3

    Check each profile

Look at a teacher’s scorecard, weak topics and last activity before you talk. You arrive knowing where they are doing well and where support would help.

What heads usually ask.

Do teachers lose their personal workspace when they join?

They keep it. Joining gives a teacher a separate space for your institution’s batches, and their personal batches and students carry on unchanged.

Can I see what a teacher does outside my institution?

Your view stops at your institution’s batches. Personal tests, students, fee groups and activity in a teacher’s own space are never shown on their institution profile.

Can I keep extra staff details such as an employee ID?

Add custom fields such as employee ID or qualification to teacher profiles, then fill them one by one or through an Excel template. Those staff details are visible only to heads with access to Teachers.
